What Is PATREON* Membership on My Statement?

Patreon bills patrons for memberships to creators and pays the creators. Patreon's help pages say card charges show PATREON* Membership (or CKO Patreon* Membership); PayPal payments show PAYPAL *PATREON.

How to read a PATREON* charge

PATREON* MEMBERSHIP
PATREON* — billed by Patreon
MEMBERSHIP — your creator membership(s)

Don't recognize a PATREON* charge? Do this

  1. Open Billing History in Patreon (Settings › More › Billing History, or patreon.com/pledges) to see which creators the charge covers.
  2. Cancel from the creator's page if you no longer want the membership.

Why is Patreon charging me?

You, or someone using your card, has a paid membership to at least one creator on Patreon. Billing History lists them.
